H2H - Hydrogen Powered HUMMER
General Motors has adapted a HUMMER H2 SUT to run on hydrogen, and will share it with the office of the Governor of California. The HUMMER H2H will assist efforts to learn more about hydrogen storage and refueling infrastructure development. This experimental vehicle also illustrates how industry and government can collaborate to make fuel cell technology and California’s Hydrogen Highway Network viable.

H3x
Presentato nel 2006 al North American International Auto Show, the H3x is a trim update to the Hummer, among the additions were chrome and body-colored parts to differentiate it from the standard edition.
H3T
The Hummer H3T was a concept vehicle from Hummer - mainly used as a media diversion from the Hummer H3 which was to be released in mid 2005. The H3T had two doors and a pickup-style bed. Hummer had also teamed up with Nike to develop the tires and interior leather appointments.
H4 o HX
The Hummer H4 or HX is a proposed SUV reportedly in development by the General Motors Hummer division. GM may have a finished model to introduce to the market in 2008 or 2009. It is expected to compete with the Jeep Wrangler for market share. The development on new Hummer models so far has been towards SUVs that are more suitable for city traffic, a development which culminated in the Hummer H3. However, the H4 is likely to be more basic, and the focus is once again on off-road ability.
The H4 will likely be smaller than the three previous Hummers (including the H1) and is reportedly conceived to compete with the Jeep Wrangler. The design and look of the H4 has not yet been decided as GM is still deciding on what platform to build the H4. It is, however, likely that the H4 will use a shortened version of the platform currently used by the H3.
The H4 powertrain is reported to consist of two engine choices, the GM Vortec 3500 3.5L I-5 (242 HP) and the GM Vortec 4200 4.2L I-6 (291 HP). The transmission choices will be a Aisin 5-speed automatic or 5-speed manual.
